Gravette Civic Center Remodel

Municipal

The Gravette Civic Center remodel was completed in the Fall of 2018. The existing building is an approximate 7,000 SF building with an abundance of history in the Community. The building previously housed many after school programs such as the Boy’s and Girl’s club and also served many Civic purposes such as the location for Town Hall and City Council Meetings. The new primary purpose of the building will continue to serve in a public interest where community members can acquire a Meeting Room or large Civic Center space for many uses and events. The City Council will still meet in the building as well. The restrooms were upgraded to be ADA accessible. The Kitchen was remodeled with new appliances and also to become ADA accessible. A new larger Lobby area was created off the main entrance. Interior materials throughout the space were updated. Exterior improvements include the painting of the existing mansard roof, aluminum windows and repair to the existing sidewalk/and steps. The before and after photos really tell the story of the transformation and revitalization of this important building to the City of Gravette.
