The Joyce Boulevard Office Building was completed in 2022 in Fayetteville AR. The 3-story Office building is approximately 40,000 SF and responds to the Office Park context of East Fayetteville. The building is comprised of brick, storefront glass, and composite metal panel. The building is designed as a multi-tenant building with common core shared spaces that suit each tenant. The Contractor was Napa Construction.
