Parkway Plaza Medical Building Conceptual Design

We have recently sketched and conceptually designed a Medical Building Concept for Parkway Plaza. The concept is a 3-story, +/- 80,000 SF. The building is equipped with a main entrance drop off canopy, a secondary drop off canopy, and exterior employee break area. The design intent was to take advantage of primary views to the Southeast as well as making the building as visibly possible from I-49. To help control solar glare an gain with the amount of glass we have facing South, we have designed an intricate vertical an horizontal louver system. The design intent was also to tie in the materials with the vernacular of the overlay district and the remainder of Parkway Plaza with the use of ACM panel, brick, and stone.
